Easy Return Policy 

Need to return?  Simply send an email request to returns@darbycreektrading.com with your order number and item number being returned and reason. Return instructions will be sent within 1 business day with return instructions and address where to send return.  DO NOT send a return without the instructions because the return address warehouse varies by product.

  • Stock items -  return within 10 business days and receive a 100% refund*
  • Floral items  - return within  4 business days and receive a 100% store credit or exchange*

 *Non Stock, Special Order, Made to Order, Seasonal & Other 

  • Custom - Products that are customized per customer request are not returnable.
  • Waterfowl - All waterfowl can be returned for store credit or exchange.
  • Outdoor Art - All outdoor art prints are for exchange or store credit.
  • Darby Inspirational Art is made-to-order and returnable for store credit or exchange.
  • Genesis Fine Arts returns are for store credit only less all shipping costs, import fees, and shipping cost from Ireland ($45 per piece).
  • Seasonal - Seasonal are returnable if returned 15 days before the following:
    • Christmas Floral - December 25
    • Fall Floral - Thanksgiving Day
  • Re-sellers.  Items purchased for resale from retailers, wholesalers, designers, garden centers or other re-sellers are not returnable - all sales are final.
  • Non USA Orders - Orders shipped outside the Untied States are not returnable.

    Please note that seasonal items are subject to a fifteen percent restocking charge.

     Return Instructions - Please ship all items in the original box with all packaging material, cushioning, foam, instructions, and retention straps.  We highly recommend returning items via FedEx insured. Floral products must have all original retention straps in place. We have a high rate of damage with items returned via USPS so we highly encourage you to ship FedEx.  Items returned damaged can not be refunded. Orders returned with retention straps cut or removed will be subject to a 50% restocking charge.  All shipping cost to and from our facility is the responsibility of the customer.

    Damaged Items.  If you received a product where the outside of the box is damaged please note it on the driver receipt and inform us right away so we may file a claim with the carrier.   Please DO NOT return any damaged items as credit can not be issued for items received damaged until approved by the carrier in advance.

    Floral:  Floral product returned without original retention straps in place will be subject to a twenty percent restocking fee. 

    Orders outside the United States:  We welcome business from Canada , Europe and Australia.  Our liability to customers ordering outside the U.S. is limited to shipping the product and we do not accept responsibility for delivery once it is shipped as we have no control once it leaves the U.S.   All purchases outside of the United States are not returnable.  All shipping charges, customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.  

    Wholesale, Designers and Re-sales Orders.  Orders purchased by wholesalers, retailers, designers. landscapers or garden centers or other non end users or for resale are not returnable.
