Return Policy Detail

Easy Return Policy 

Need to return?  Simply send an email request to returns@darbycreektrading.com with your order number and item number being returned and reason. Return instructions will be sent within 1 business day with return instructions and address where to send return.  DO NOT send a return without the instructions because the return address warehouse varies by product.

  • Stock items -  return within 15 business days and receive a 100% refund*
  • Floral items  - return within  7 business days and receive a 100% store credit or exchange*

To return these items simply send an email to returns@darbycreektrading.com with your order number and reason for returning.

Floral Return Instructions:  Each wreath is carefully place in a box smaller than the diameter of the wreath.  A 30" wreath may be place in a 26" or 28" box.  Each wreath is secured with tie down straps to protect it from movement during shipping.  Carefully inspect the wreath before cutting the retention straps.  

Other Return Instructions - Please ship all items in the original box with all packaging material, cushioning, foam, instructions, and retention straps. 

Return Carrier.  All packages ship in the U.S. are shipped via FedEx or FedEx Smart Post.  We do not accept returns from any carrier other than FedEx because of the high rate of damage. FedEx Smart Post is not available to consumer returns.

 *Non Stock, Factory Direct, Special Order, Made-to-Order, Custom Orders, Clearance & Other 

Most ceramic figurines and inspirational gifts are stock items.  All bronze figurines and all artwork is either made-to-order or factory direct and subject to return restrictions.  If uncertain, please contact before ordering.

  • Waterfowl, Art, & Prints - are returnable for store credit
  • Outdoor Art (weatherprints) - each outdoor art piece is returnable for store credit (except custom orders.
    • Return request within 5 days of receipt on the above items.
  • Custom Orders  are not returnable.
  • Genesis Fine Arts returns are for store credit less all shipping costs, import fees, and shipping cost from Ireland ($45 per piece).
  • Seasonal - Seasonal floral and other seasonal themed gifts are returnable if received before the following dates:
    • Christmas Floral - December 1
    • Fall Floral - November 1
  • Re-sellers.  Items purchased for resale from retailers, wholesalers, designers, garden centers or other re-sellers are not returnable - all sales are final.
  • Non USA Orders - Orders shipped outside the Untied States are not returnable.
  • Clearance, Discontinued and Final Sales are not returnable. 
  • Special Orders - Special orders are subject to restocking fees and vary by manufacturer.
  • Factory Direct including all bronze figurines are returnable for store credit 

Please note these products may be subject to restocking fees. 

    Damaged Items.  If you received a product where the outside of the box is damaged please note it on the driver receipt and inform us right away so we may file a claim with the carrier.   Please DO NOT return any damaged items as credit can not be issued for items received damaged until approved by the carrier in advance.

    Orders outside the United States:  We welcome business from Canada , Europe and Australia.  Our liability to customers ordering outside the U.S. is limited to shipping the product and we do not accept responsibility for delivery once it is shipped as we have no control once it leaves the U.S.   All purchases outside of the United States are not returnable.  All shipping charges, customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.  

    Wholesale, Designers and Re-sales Orders.  Orders purchased by wholesalers, retailers, designers. landscapers or garden centers or other non end users or for resale are not returnable. 

    Gifts - items received as a gift are subject to the same polices.  Return requests must be made by the party who purchased the item.

    Late Return Request - we can not honor any return requests made beyond the above referenced dates.

    Restocking Fees.  Restocking fees vary by manufacturer.

              Inspirational Art/Prints:  20%
             Genesis Fine Arts:  20%
              Bronze Figurines: 20%
              Hand Carved Waterfowl: 15%
              Drop Ship Direct from Manufacturer: 20-30%
