Nice item, terrible packaging

The items would have looked great if they wouldn’t have been packaged facing each other with no paper in between. The frosted pieces of one swag scraped the berries of the other. Quite a few berries were fallen off or you could see the bright white inside. I emailed customer service and got no reply.
