Do I Qualify for Membership?
Membership to the DCT To-The-Trade Program is extended to interior designers & design firms, architects & architecture firms, owners & developers, brands, purchasing agents, set designers & stagers, independent/small businesses, and other qualified applicants in the commercial, hospitality, and food & beverage industries. Membership is subject to the following terms and conditions (which are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Darby Creek Trading):

To qualify for Trade Membership, you must provide the following materials applicable to your profession, along with your completed application:
  • Designer/Design Firm: Trade Org Membership, Business License, Website/Facebook 
  • Architect/Architecture Firm: Trade Org Membership, Business License, Website/Facebook
  • Purchasing Agent: Business License, Resale Certificate
  • Independent/Small Business: Business License

We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Each professional must individually apply for membership by submitting their individual qualifications through the online application. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Membership transactions can only be used by the account holder. The named account holder must log in to the online portal with their username and password, or contact our customer service team and provide appropriate information to receive the trade discount at time of purchase.

What Is My Membership Discount?
Trade Members receive a discount of 25% off of full-priced and sale merchandise, with some exceptions. Freight costs will be calculated separately, final cost will vary by order size and shipping zone.

The DCT To-The-Trade Membership discount is not valid on: Gift Cards, Plush Pumpkins, Canvas Art or Stained Glass. Other third party merchandise may be excluded from the trade discount program.

How Do I Apply for Membership/Tax Exempt Status?

Please read the following information and complete the application form below.

Reseller applicants wanting tax-exempt membership status will need to provide proof of their (re)seller’s permit, Resale Certificate(s) for the state(s) in which you maintain tax-exempt status, and a completed and signed Sales Tax Exemption Certificate form for our records.
