The candles are beautiful but the first order had 2 defective candles. Customer Service was very accommodating and shipped out a second order. The second order also had two defective candles, actually they were almost worse than the first shipment. Someone had actually scotch taped the bark on the medium candle to hide the hole and the large candle has a very large hole. I really like these candles but am disappointed that neither shipment met my expectations. I did not call them back to complain.
