I ordered this product as a Christmas gift for a friend. Unfortunately one of the candles arrived damaged. The customer service was excellent and, after sending a picture of the damaged candle, we received a new set in days. However the new set, although worked, had some minor cracks in all the candles. We decided to keep the candles as we could price together a set as we did not have to return the original set. They are very pretty but maybe don’t travel well. I would not recommend this product but would shop here again as the customer service was fast and excellent.
I love these candles & want the taller ones when you get them back in stock!I love the warm glow they give off!
