Gorgeous but a bit smaller than expected

Love my new Magnolia Leaf All Seasons front door wreath! Very attractive and super high quality. The perfect look for post Christmas, pre-spring. The only issue is it's only 21 inches and I ordered 24 inches. I contacted customer service and they recommended "gently fluffing it out." We did try that but it might have grown only 1/2 inch. Because I am so impressed with the quality and appearance of the wreath I ordered my spring/summer wreath from them and it is beautiful! However this time I ordered a 26 inch wreath and this one is 24 inches. I hope Darby Creek looks into their quality control because 2 inches really does make a difference!
