Bad experience

Sent back my first stem because one of the branches had been removed by wire cutter. Replaced with a second stem that had 2 bends in the stem to fit in the box. And all of the large blooms were smashed down with their heads flat against the stems. Wasn’t worth the hassle to go thru the return process. So I am still shopping for a stem for my floor vase. This one will either get tossed or donated. Not impressed.

Wish people would start doing their jobs so it makes life easier for the rest of us. Part of this stem was cut off. Took me a fair amount of time to find out how and where to fix this on our web site. Then to only have to wait for approval. Then repackaging and a trip to the post office. Yeah-not happy.
Stem is “ok”. Color was exactly what i was looking for.
