Be wary of this Etsy shop as the product I received was of inferior quality. The velvet bow was crushed and bent and there were large blobs of adhesive on and near the pinecones that were loosely hanging from jute rope. When I contacted the seller, I was told that because I had "altered" the item they couldn't help me. By altering, I merely replaced the defective ribbon and removed the blobs of glue around and near the pinecones. The whole item looks very cheap and certainly not worth the over $50 dollars I was charged. I filed a claim with Etsy and was told it would not intervene because I'd "altering" the item. This Etsy shop will not refund or accept returns which I believe is a major red flag. Very disappointing to say the least.
