    Trouble Communicating about a damaged item

    I should start this review acknowledging that I love the ornaments! Unfortunately, I received a damaged one and I can’t find the return/exchange portal on the website anywhere. There isn’t a phone number to call or an email address to use. It’s VERY FRUSTRATING! I would love to change this review is someone would help me! It’s not every day that you need to decorated a tree for a beach theme so the fish ornaments were required. I was going to buy more but I don’t like the lack of human contact for issue resolution! I have been trying to do this on my iPhone so maybe the return portal can only be accessed via laptop but I ordered on my phone.
