Disappointed but Glad

I received your package. It was beautifully wrapped. It was a pleasure opening however, when I opened the item purchased the stems, and the flowers were smashed. It looked like they have been pressed in the wrong directions. Flowers were opened and for the large price that I received I thought for sure I’d be receiving a high-quality merchandise unfortunately, I didn’t so after much work with the item, I was able to get it to look decent and I use the item in an arrangement that I was making I was a little disappointed and I thank you for sending me this survey. I hope the next purchase that I make is better I thank you.
